  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories

📌 Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.


2. Repair Services (Non-Returnable)

  • Repair services are non-returnable once completed
  • However, all repairs include a limited service warranty (7–30 days depending on service type)
  • This warranty covers:
    • Defects in replaced parts
    • Workmanship issues

  • Physical damage after repair
  • Water damage
  • Mishandling or unauthorized repairs

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Product/service is unavailable after payment

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the repair process has started, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank/payment delays may vary depending on provider

7. Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect products
  • For other cases (if approved), shipping charges may apply

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Successfully completed repair services
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Installed parts/accessories (unless defective)
